How do I choose the correct size for my wrist?
To find your perfect fit, measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure and add 1-2cm depending on how many 'Steps' you plan to add. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on the product page.
Can I wear my bracelet in the water?
Our nylon cord bracelets are water-resistant and perfect for adventurers. However, to preserve the natural beauty of our leather collection, we recommend removing leather bracelets before swimming or showering.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved 'Steps' are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every El Camino piece comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and will replace any faulty items free of charge.
